When my youngest daughter was 3 years old, I realized that in most homes, both parents had to work outside the home. My heart's desire was to find a way for these families to get some of their time back.
I'd been cleaning for people on the side for almost 7 years, and at the beginning of the pandemic God orchestrated events that allowed my few clients to grow into this young business I cherish so much.

Great question and thank you for asking! It helps our team out if you can pick up personal items before their arrival. If you would like your sheets changed, lay out the clean sheets. Please make sure replacement trash bags can be easily located.
Yes, we provide the cleaning supplies and equipment to service your home or office. The exceptions are replacement trash bags and toiletries.
Will I Have The Same Cleaning Team Each Time?
We do our best to always keep the same team on each account. This allows our teams to build rapport and a relationship with our clients.
No, we do not include laundry service with our cleaning services.
Our initial deep cleans are necessary and are priced the way they are for several reasons.
First, we want to be able to provide you with high-quality services with every visit. We like to go above and beyond to make sure your home is receiving a full cleaning each time we walk in the door. Think about all the nooks and crannies that we often do not see. These places are addressed in your deep clean and of course take more time and require a larger team to complete.
Second, most of our clients have extensive needs which include multiple rooms, high-traffic areas, and more. We feel that the initial deep clean is an important part of setting up a schedule that will allow you to continue receiving quality service at a price point that works for you.
Our team has been trained on how to take care of your home, but sometimes even the best cleaners need a little help getting started with an unfamiliar space. By providing an initial deep cleaning, we can ensure that every space that needs attention gets it, so you don't have to worry about missing anything when it comes time for maintenance cleanings or one-time cleans.
It is recommended you request a deep cleaning for your home once or twice a year.
Payment for services is due at the time the services are performed. We accept cash, check made out to Accredible Services, Venmo @celeste-unland. You may request a receipt for your visit if you require one.
It is never required, however, always appreciated. Our team members keep 100% of their tips.
Weekly and Bi-Weekly plans are the same day of the week each visit. We also try to maintain the same time slot so you can plan around when we will be in your home. If there is a time of day that works better for you, we will gladly try to accommodate that. Monthly plans are scheduled around the same part of the month each service, beginning, middle, or end. We try to send out a tentative schedule to our monthly clients at least a couple of weeks in advance so that you can let us know if that date will or won't work for you.
We all have things that come up and sometimes a service appointment cannot be kept. We will always do our best to get you rescheduled, but please know that cannot always take place. If you need to cancel a service, we may not be able to get back to your home until your next scheduled service date. Currently we do not charge a cancellation fee if you reach out to us before your scheduled service. Otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to cover the gas and time for our cleaning specialist.
